The Missouri Division of Employment Security’s new unemployment tax system, UInteract, launched on Nov. 16, 2016. UInteract is a new, fully-integrated unemployment insurance tax, benefits and appeals system that improves your ability to conduct business with the Division online with a more user-friendly interface and expanded self-service.

Important Information for Current Employers Registered Prior to Nov. 16, 2016
- Your Employer Account Number prior to Nov. 16, 2016, has changed.
- The first time you access UInteract, you can register with your current 14-digit employer account number or with your new 10-digit employer account number that was mailed to you to create a new user account.
- If you use a third party administrator, CPA or payroll service, you will need to notify them of your new Employer Account Number.
- Be sure you have a current Power of Attorney (POA) on file with the Division. A POA will be required for your CPA or payroll service to access UInteract on your behalf.

We are working to improve your ability to conduct business with us online. UInteract is replacing USTAR, and has a more user-friendly interface and expanded self-service features to help process your unemployment tax information online quickly and efficiently.
