Notice to Victims of Domestic and Sexual Violence Leave Time Allowed (LS-112)

Missouri Revised Statutes Section 285.665 requires employers who employ 20 or more employees to deliver notice (LS-112 Notice to Victims of Domestic and Sexual Violence Leave Time Allowed) to each person employed by the employer no later than October 27, 2021, and for each person hired after that date, such notice shall be delivered at the commencement of employment.
Must be printed on 8.5" x 11" paper to fit content on one page.

Every employer, labor organization, employment agency, or other business or establishment covered by Chapter 213, RSMo shall post the Commission's equal employment poster in a place where other employee notices are posted or in a conspicuous place where employees will have access to it. Required by Missouri Revised Statutes, Section 213.020.2 and Code of State Regulations 8 CSR 60-3.010.

Employee Polygraph Protection Act (WHD 1462)
Every employer subject to EPPA shall post and keep posted on its premises a notice explaining the Act. The notice must be posted in a prominent and conspicuous place in every establishment of the employer where it can readily be observed by employees and applicants for employment. There is no size requirement for the poster.
Employee Rights Under NLRA
The NLRB is translating the poster into 26 other commonly used languages. As the translations are available they will be posted on their page.
PLEASE NOTE: The poster is required to be 11" x 17", in color or in black-and-white. When printing to full size, be sure to set your printer output to 11" x 17". Or you may print the two 8.5" x 11" pages and tape them together.
Equal Employment Opportunity is the Law (EEOC-P/E-1)
Contractors and subcontractors who hold a single federal contract or subcontract in excess of $10,000 or who hold contracts or subcontracts with the federal government in any 12-month period that have a total value of more than $10,000 are required to post the EEO notice, Equal Employment Opportunity is the Law (PDF). Federal contractors and subcontractors who (1) hold government bills of lading; (2) serve as a depository of federal funds in any amount; or (3) act as issuing and paying agents for U.S. savings bonds and notes must also post the EEO notice.
The notice must be posted in conspicuous places available to employees and applicants for employment and representatives of each labor union with which the covered contractor or subcontractor has a collective bargaining agreement, such as the personnel office, work-out facility, lunchroom, or company bulletin board. There is no particular size requirement.
Fair Labor Standards Act: Minimum Wage (WHD 1088)
Every employer of employees subject to the Fair Labor Standards Act's minimum wage provisions must post, and keep posted, a notice explaining the Act in a conspicuous place in all of their establishments so as to permit employees to readily read it. The content of the notice is prescribed by the Wage and Hour Division of the Department of Labor. An approved copy of the minimum wage poster is made available for informational purposes or for employers to use as posters.
Family and Medical Leave Act (WHD 1420)
All covered employers are required to display and keep displayed a poster prepared by the Department of Labor summarizing the major provisions of The Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and telling employees how to file a complaint. The poster must be displayed in a conspicuous place where employees and applicants for employment can see it. A poster must be displayed at all locations even if there are no eligible employees.
Job Safety and Health: It's the Law Poster (OSHA 3165-12-06R)
The OSHA Job Safety and Health: It's the Law poster, available for free from OSHA, informs workers of their rights under the Occupational Safety and Health Act. All covered employers are required to display the poster in their workplace. Employers do not need to replace previous versions of the poster. Employers must display the poster in a conspicuous place where workers can see it.
Your Rights Under USERRA - The Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act
The Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA) protects service members' reemployment rights when returning from a period of service in the uniformed services, including those called up from the reserves or National Guard, and prohibits employer discrimination based on military service or obligation. The U.S. Department of Labor's Veterans' Employment and Training Service (VETS) administers USERRA.
